Omar is fricken great. I had a nightmare situation when I was driving down to NYC from Boston. My car started sputtering- I stopped at a random mechanic in CT and they diagnosed my issue as being an ignition coil. I drove onward to NYC $315 dollars poorer, but happy to be moving. When it was time to go- it started happening again. It was 5/530 on a Saturday and I was 4.5 hours away from home. Omar (and his Dad) were the only place to answer and allowed me to have my car towed to their shop. I went home o a greyhound not knowing how this would turn out. Omar contacted me first thing Monday morning to let me know he’d take care of it. He updated me about how the first mechanic had not finished the job and then advised me on the best way to complete the whole repair so it wouldn’t happen again- and even helped me get to a cost I could handle on my budget. As a bow on the whole situation, when I came back Tuesday to grab my car, he checked in to make sure my 4.5 hour drive back to Boston went smoothly. Truly a top notch mechanic and shop. Honest, genuine, and helpful. The communication could not have been better. A truly stressful situation was made way less stressful thanks to Omar.

I highly recommend mechanic Omar who worked on fuel injectors and checked relay switches my last mechanic retired and recommend this mechanic. For anyone looking for honest, professional, and efficient service Mr Omar treats women customers with respect and makes sure they feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. His customer service and communication were excellent from start to finish. He explained the work clearly, kept me updated, and completed the job without wasting any of my time. The pricing was fair and accurate with no unnecessary charges or surprises. It’s hard to find someone who is both skilled and trustworthy, but this mechanic definitely delivers quality work with integrity and professionalism. He checked on a few other concerns at my request without charge and fixed one in minutes. Summer is here going back to get AC looked at. I think my car has found its next new Doctor. Already recommended to family members.

I highly recommend this mechanic shop to anyone looking for honest, professional, and high-quality automotive service. The workmanship is outstanding, and every repair is completed with attention to detail and care. What truly sets them apart is their commitment to customer service. They are fair with pricing, willing to work with customers whenever possible, and understand that vehicle repairs can be unexpected expenses. They also do their best to accommodate scheduling needs and complete repairs in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. It’s hard to find a mechanic who is both highly skilled and genuinely cares about their customers, but this shop delivers on both. If you’re looking for dependable service, fair prices, and a mechanic you can trust, I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for consistently providing excellent service!

I recommend Gabriella's Awesome Auto for all of your auto needs. Omar is a pro at his job and does an amazing job! The prices are reasonable and he works with you to fit your budget. He's very responsive and both honest and transparent and he really shows great customer care! He takes the time to explain what the issue is and how it's caused, which I really appreciate especially being someone who hates dealing with car stuff lol. 10/10 recommend!
